Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you'd like to cancel or change information in your order - any cancellations or changes to the orders, including address changes, must be made within 24 hours from your purchase - otherwise, we might not be able to cancel or make changes to your order after it was processed. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Your purchase is not eligible for a refund if the package is: late due to the delivery delays as it is outside of our problem, if the products did not meet your measurement requirements as they are clearly stated on the product page, or if you received the item in a good condition and it broke after 7 days from your purchase. However, your purchase might be eligible for a resend.

Your purchase is eligible for a refund if: The product arrived damaged/ package arrived damaged (Must show proof).

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returned items must be in the brand new condition, unopened, and unused, otherwise might be subjected to not being refunded. Returns must be sent to our warehouse in the USA, and you must contact us before sending us the items back.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
